Order Your Boards Here

How to Order:  E-mail your request (preferred) to customscrabbleboards@gmail.com,  or telephone.  In the subject heading, write "Scrabble board request".  Indicate colors and copy/designs you would like.  Of course, if you are unsure of any of these items, we will discuss the options and I can make suggestions.  I will e-mail you a design sketch with different colors/typefaces/designs, etc. to help with your decision.  *Please read all information below regarding cases, tile racks and tiles CAREFULLY!

How to Pay: Once we have arrived at a complete design, I will need your zip code to quote you the total price including priority shipping.   I require payment in full up front before beginning the board.   I accept checks, or credit card payments via Paypal.  Go to http://www.paypal.com and make your payment to ID# customscrabbleboards@gmail.com.  Once you give the go-ahead, I begin work on the board either way. 

I have made over 250 boards for satisfied customers since joining the National Scrabble Association in 2001, so you can be confident that the board will be completed and delivered as promised and in a timely fashion.

A one-color board has the same color behind the playing grid as the outside quadrants.  A two-color board has a different color behind the playing grid than the outside quadrants.

 CARRYING CASE

Round carrying case, black vinyl,  has two handles, shoulder strap, zipper and extra pockets to fit your scoresheets, clock, tiles and racks.  Customization no longer available on cases.

(NOTE:  This type of bag is best suited for home use for storing the board when not in use.  It can be used to transport the  board to tournaments but is not as heavily padded as some of the more expensive cases, so take that into consideration if you think the bag may get banged around in transit........................................$35. purchased separately

 

TILE RACKS

Boards come with two wooden tile racks painted to match the board color.  Additional racks are two for $10.  NEW - Every board now comes with an attractive matching drawstring bag to hold the racks!  Each bag handmade by NSA member Colleen Shea.

 

TILES

*TILES DO NOT COME WITH THE BOARD, as most players use plastic Protiles according to tournament requirements.  Please see the links page for Protiles dealers, or if you just need a set of wooden tiles for home play, you can get them direct from Hasbro (see links page)

 

SHIPPING

Priority shipping can range from $10 to $30,  depending on your distance from New York.  Please provide a zip code when ordering so I can calculate your shipping cost.  Overseas customers have a choice of hefty Express or Priority rates, and may be subject to a duty fee as well (sorry).

 

BOARD INFO

Boards are 20" in diameter and weigh approximately 5 lbs.  All boards revolve on a sturdy metal turntable.
